About Us

Capital Living and Rehabilitation Centres (CLRC) is a company comprised of eight skilled nursing facilities throughout New York State. CLRC provides 24-hour nursing care and supervision to adult persons who are chronically ill or need intense rehabilitative care. Our facilities use a team approach and personalize each care plan to be compassionate and responsive to individual needs of each patient/resident. Our staff members are knowledgeable in the aging, medical and nursing needs of our population and our commitment to exceptional customer service through our PRIDE philosophy… Professionalism, Responsibility, Integrity, Dedication and Excellence. Our staff undergoes a comprehensive training program which focuses on customer service and through their employment make the commitment to the PRIDE program.

As part of the CLRC team, an experienced Corporate Staff supports all eight facilities in the areas of Medical, Nursing, Rehabilitation, Administration, Operational and Supports Services. This senior management team along with our facility staff are highly motivated, quality driven and customer friendly! Our philosophy is one of a forward moving organization… constantly looking at ways to improve our services.
