The mission of Capital Living and Rehabilitation Centres is  providing comprehensive individualized care in a safe and compassionate environment to allow each resident the opportunity to attain or maintain their highest possible physical, mental and psychological well-being.

To accomplish this, employees at CLRC strive to provide quality care to each of our residents. All staff members and others affiliated with the facility recognize that CLRC’s purpose is to serve the interests and needs of the residents. Our duty is to emphasize the importance of the resident’s rights to independence regarding all aspects of life at Capital Living and Rehabilitation Centres.

CLRC is committed to proving safe and healthy working conditions to its entire staff. We recognize the benefits of a healthy working environment to both residents and staff and strive to achieve this.

Investment in their employees is important to CLRC, evident through the scholarship program for college education, the philosophy to promote from within when possible and the educational programs such as the PRIDE program.

Capital Living and Rehabilitation Centres has a culture of continuous improvement. Ideas are welcomed from all members of the staff, residents, facility members and those otherwise associated with the facility. These ideas are often incorporated to improve existing programs or are the start of new programs.
