Capital Living and Rehabilitation Centres: The Country Manor

The Country Manor Nursing And Rehabilitation Centre serves the needs of 90 residents, providing a wide spectrum of care. We specialize in short-term rehabilitative services for those who cannot immediately return to their homes because of an accident or illness. Our therapy programs are individually designed to maximize the resident's restorative potential. We also specialize in long term care for those who are ill or have had accidents that have left them unable to care for themselves in their homes. We evaluate each person from an individual perspective, then utilize the expertise of our team members wich includes the resident and their family to develop a unique plan of care to meet every resident's needs.

From State Street in the Village of Carthage – Turn on to Thorpe Street and then left on to West Street. Continue past the Hospital and The Country Manor is located on your left at 1045 West Street.
