Welcome to The Dutch Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Centre conveniently located at 1940 Hamburg Street, Rotterdam, New York, in the heart of New York’s Capital Region. Our employees chose to name the facility The Dutch Manor as a tribute to the community of Rotterdam where we are located.
Services Offered
- Our 86-bed facility provides a broad spectrum of services to meet the varied needs of our residents to include Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy, Onsite and Offsite Activities Programming, and Beauty and Barber Services.
- The Dutch Manor is a name that was chosen by our employees as a tribute to the community of Rotterdam where we are located. Our 86-bed facility provides a broad spectrum of services to meet the varied needs of our residents.
- We provide short-term rehabilitation services to people who cannot immediately return to their homes because of an accident or acute illness. Our Rehabilitative Services Team works with each resident to design a specialized program to maximize the person’s restorative potential as quickly as possible.
- We also provide long-term care services for those individuals who are ill or have had accidents that have rendered them unable to care for themselves in a more independent environment.
- Our Admissions Team looks at each person from an individual perspective and then we utilize a team approach, working with the resident and their family to develop a unique plan of care to meet their needs.
- The Medical Services Team, consisting of a Nurse Practitioner and Attending Physician, is onsite five days a week to better meet the ever changing needs of the residents we are entrusted to care for. Additionally, we provide such onsite services as podiatry, dental, ophthalmology and neurology services.
- Comfortable common areas, well groomed gardens an aesthetically pleasing dining room experience adds to the wide array of services provided at The Dutch Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Centre.

Directions to the Facility:
NYS Thruway to Exit 25. I-890 to Michigan Avenue Exit. Take left on to Michigan Avenue. At traffic light turn left. Go two blocks, through the light on to Hamburg Street. The Dutch Manor is a few blocks on the right (just after Friends Lumber).
