Welcome to The Springs Nursing and Rehabilitation Centre located at 49 Marvin Avenue, Troy, in the heart of New York’s Capital Region. Our employees chose The Springs as our name in tribute to the natural spring water located on Spring Avenue in Troy.
Services Offered
- Our small, cozy, and family-oriented 80-bed facility provides a wide spectrum of services to meet the diverse care needs of our guests.
- The Springs offers a wide range of services including, but not limited to, Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy, Onsite and Offsite Activity Programming, and Beauty and Barber Services.
- Our Rehabilitative Services Team works with each resident to design a specialized program to maximize the person’s restorative potential as quickly as possible.
- We also provide long term care for individuals who can no longer care for themselves and require 24 hour compassionate nursing services. In addition, we specialize in palliative care, including Hospice services for those who are in the advance stages of terminal illness.
- Our Medical Service Professionals consist of three Attending Physicians, as well as a Medical Director who are all available to meet the ever changing needs of the residents we are entrusted to care for.
- Onsite services also include podiatry, dental, optometry, psychological, and laboratory services. Comfortable common areas, well groomed gardens, beautiful screened patio, and café style dining add to the amenities provided at The Springs.
- Our team of professionals strives to provide the highest quality of care and services within our community and encourages resident and family participation so that a plan of care is developed that best maximizes each resident’s level of function.

Directions to the Facility:
I-90 or NYS Thruway to Route 787 toward Troy. Take Exit “378 East – Troy”. Cross the Menands Bridge (Stay in the right lane). At first light take an Immediate, Sharp right up Stow Avenue (similar to U-turn). At top of hill make third (3rd) left onto Frederick Street. The Springs is a one-story building straight ahead of you.
